Dears all,

on Purecloud help and documentation, i have not found a procedure to Shutdown Edges during  maintenance operations.
How can be do that?
Via Purecloud web access, the only chance we notice is to reboot Edges but not shutdown Edges.

No, there is no option through the interface or remotely to shut down an edge. They can be taken offline or (as you say) rebooted, but not shut down.

If you have physical edges, you can shut them down manually (I think through the LCD panel).
