We are using the default transport SDK from the Genesys documentation. However, in the Android app, the labels are not appearing on the attachment screen as shown on the attached image ( no label ) Could you please advise how we can enable them?

Transport SDK is headless, so UI layer entirely managed by the hosting app. 
Can you extend a little bit more on the issue you have?

• Edit the label names

• Disable one label from the list

Label management (including renaming or disabling) is the customer's responsibility, as our product does not provide this functionality. It's also not clear to me which label the customer wishes to edit or why, so I'm unable to advise further without more context.

What the customer specifically needs is to disable the live camera for both video and audio, as their application cannot handle it and is crashing. We just need to guide them on the steps required to disable these features, given that they are using our Genesys Transport SDK.

Sorry Anton, The Live camera just for take video to send it as attachment or image to send it as attchment also.
