Genesys Cloud - Main

We have a "Main" division and then we have one other division. Nothing is in this new division yet. When I try to edit it or add anything to it, I get this error:  Making changes is prohibited due to permissions.

I have made sure that I have all the necessary permissions. Any idea on why I can't make any changes to it?

Does you user account have the role required to make these changes associated with All Divisions, or only the source (or destination)?
