    Hello everyone.

    Does anyone know if the external TTS integration feature with Eleven Labs in Genesys Cloud has already been released for other regions?

    Im currently attepting to integrate ElevenLabs as a third-party Text to Speech provider, but im encountering errors and im not sure whether this is due to a misconfiguration on my end or a plataform/region limitation

    Has anyone successfully implemented Eleven Labs as an external TTS provider outside the initially supported regions?

    I found the link below and it says "Feature coming soon," should it work?

    Hello Matheus,

    Kaio is correct. I would recommend checking out the following article for TTS Connectors, as well as voting on this Idea in the Product Ideas Lab. It says that it is aiming for a release in H2 2026.
