    Hi all,

    I am setting up email in Genesys Cloud.  We are redirecting an email from our domain to the Purecloud domain @ adapthealth.mypurecloud.com domain, and inbound is working.  However, when I reply to the email, it never sends out.​​ any ideas?​

    I know this was worked at one point very early on.  Make sure your replies aren't getting caught up in a spam filter..
