  • 1.  email account created but no "Spam Routing" Tab found

    Hi All,

    We have a mail integration with Graph API which has been activated without errors, and then have an email account created as a first test.

    We found that there are only 5 tabs, and the "Spam Routing" tab is not appearing while configuring the corresponding parameters for this email account (please find a screen snapshot for this configuration view for this email test account).

    How/Where can we find the corresponding routing parameters for the emails received found to be qualified as Spam?

    emails sent from personal and enterprise mail accounts, are not routed to the corresponding queue, but this can be occurring because the test messages sent are set as "Spam" and may be rejected.

    I also saw that in our own test environment, where Genesys Cloud domain is used that this "Spam Routing" tab is present and thus enabling the administrator to configure the associated parameters. (also attaching this screen snapshot).

    If this tab is not offered in the case a custom domain is used with API Graph integration, how can the "Spam Routing" can be managed?
