    Can someone tell me whether it is possible to auto archive emails?
    Can someone tell me whether it is possible to auto delete emails after a certain amount of time?

    You can define quality management policies around email recordings just like you can do for calls. There are various articles in the resource center that cover how PureCloud recordings work and what control you have over deleting them.
