    Hi,

    I am new to the PureCloud platform and looking for some suggestions and good practices.  We want to have auto reply to incoming emails.  The only way I see is using auto reply action in the incoming email flow in architect.  I also want users be able to edit the content of the auto reply without editing the call flow.  Therefore I am using data table to pull the email body.  However the auto reply action seems to only allow html body so I have to include html tags in the data table for something like new lines.  Any suggestions?

    You can use the Replace function to insert html breaks where the data table row field value has a new line character.
