We are sending out emails via outbound campaign in Genesys. We have a need to have those same emails also added to the users service interaction in salesforce. We have a way to do that if we were able to either send the same email to multiple addresses or have the option to cc or bcc.
However, the campaign/agentless option within contact center>email doesn't provide these options. Does anyone know of a work around to be able to accomplish this goal?
