  • 1.  Email cannot be added to BCC Recipients when configuring Email

    I can't add Email to BCC Recipients when configuring Email. I filled my email address in the BCC Recipients text box but after saving the information it disappeared. Can you help?

    Hi Ngo

    After typing the email address into the BCC field, you need to hit Enter.  This field is intended to build up and add to a list.  If you type your email address in BCC and press enter you'll see the email address added below that.  Then you can hit Save.
