    Hello Genesys Community,


    Does anyone have insight on when the new Email Copilot feature is expected to roll out?


    We're really eager to bring Copilot into our email interactions and start using it in a live environment. Based on the recent demos and webinars, it looks like a powerful and exciting capability that could really enhance how we manage and respond to emails.


    Looking forward to hearing if anyone has updates or timelines to share.

    Hello Luigi, 

    As of now its still in development, with no release date as of yet.

    When it does have a planned release date it will be announced in the Genesys Cloud release notes. I would also say keep an eye out in the developer community for announcements.

    Thanks for the update, I appreciate the insight.

    We'll definitely keep an eye on the release notes and developer community for any announcements. Really looking forward to seeing this feature go live, it has a lot of potential to improve how we handle email interactions.

    If there are any early previews, beta programs, or opportunities to get involved sooner, I'd love to learn more.
