Hi community,
I see this article (Email delivery receipts - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)) mentioning that email delivery receipts is possible, but its missing me something to find this information correctly because in the interactions view i cannot see the delivery receipts in the answers of the agents. Is it only for outbound campaigns? Is it missing some configuration from the email server side?
