Hi all,
From Genesys Cloud integration with Salesforce with the "CX Cloud from Genesys Cloud and Salesforce", the Connector offered an email editor for replying email under SalesForce. However, this email editor seems lack of some basic Editor Elements like Creating a new Table into the Email Message; but if I go back to Genesys Cloud Web Client to use the standard Email editor, it do offer table editing function.
May I know if it is intended that the Salesforce Connector Email Editor is not a full function set from standard GC email editor? Or may be just some setup that I may have missed to turn on? Kindly advice, Thanks!
