    Hello Everyone,

    Hope you are all doing well.

    Just hoping that you could help me check if our inbound email flow is correct.

    Initial State: 

    Furthermore, in reusable task condition block. is it possible/okay to have these rules in send auto reply. See below image

    My question is if it's okay to have to many rules on the condition block to prevent sending auto reply from those email addresses stated?

    Please help, I'll appreciate it.

    Not really knowing the endgame and only seeing the pieces in play, I don't see any reason this would NOT work.  I have not tried the OR statements like that but remember that the IF is really a true, false check on the input.  I really prefer to use nested IFs like If(1=1, true, if(2=2, true, false)).  I usually lay it out in multiple lines so I can keep it all straight.

    Thanks for confirming, Robert. Appreciate it.

    I used the OR statements because I wanted to not send an auto reply to those email address. aside from that, I haven't tried the nested IFS. but if you suggested that it would be more efficient, I might consider. please help me out.
