I haven't implemented this scenario myself, but I found the below resources which might help regarding the IMAP mailbox/domain limitations and possible workaround approaches:
One section that stood out was:
"Each IMAP integration is tied to one email account/domain that maps to one mailbox. For accessing multiple mailboxes through IMAP, you must set up an integration for each mailbox separately."
The article also mentions possible forwarding/shared mailbox workaround approaches.

I have a customer that is interested in integrating their Google Corporate email with Genesys Cloud, and have 10 email domains and more than ten accounts in two of those domains, but our IMAP integration doesn´t allow it.
Could someone suggest any options to do this?
