We have a customer who is heavily reliant on email for event bookings etc etc ,they use a combination of email ninja and interactions view
major pain point is that any customer responses peg back to the original interaction start date , that could be a year in the past wedding planning and so on
Is there any way to update the date and time through architect to reflect the most recent response?
