  • 1.  Email Interaction - force update to date and time

    Hi All

    We have a customer who is heavily reliant on email for event bookings etc etc ,they use a combination of email ninja and interactions view

    major pain point is that any customer responses peg back to the original interaction start date , that could be a year in the past wedding planning and so on

    Is there any way to update the date and time through architect to reflect the most recent response?

    I think it would be tough in native Genesys. You can try using something like the AppFoundry app below where you have a lot of flexibility in how emails are processed:
