    Hello, 

    I would like to know if it is possible to filter interactions by Email Subject or Email Body. While it is possible to add the 'Subject' column, I couldn't find an option to filter based on the Subject or Body. Could you please provide more information on this?

    Additionally, The search bar in the same filter appears to be case-sensitive, meaning I need to type an exact match to get results. 

    For example, when searching by External Tag:

    • If I type the exact tag name → Results are shown.
    • If I type only part of the tag name → No results are returned.

    Is it possible to make this search non-case-sensitive? Thanks in advance.

    Hello Mohamed,

    With regards to your first question, you should be able to search email subjects via the content search view, but there is an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab for searching in more views: Interaction Search via email subject line (Filters - Interaction View- Media - Subject)

    There is also an Idea that covers your second question: Filter External Tag ability using a wildcard in Interactions Workspace Report I would recommend voting on this and adding your business use case.
