I would like to know if it is possible to filter interactions by Email Subject or Email Body. While it is possible to add the 'Subject' column, I couldn't find an option to filter based on the Subject or Body. Could you please provide more information on this?
Additionally, The search bar in the same filter appears to be case-sensitive, meaning I need to type an exact match to get results.
For example, when searching by External Tag:
- If I type the exact tag name → Results are shown.
- If I type only part of the tag name → No results are returned.
Is it possible to make this search non-case-sensitive? Thanks in advance.
