We have an AWS imposed limit of 10k domains across a region, so we intentionally keep the default value low but as folks mentioned it's not an issue to increase the amount upon request.

The default domain limit is awfully low out of the box. Like Will said if you open a support ticket it shouldn't be a probably to get it bumped.
We had a large customer with hundreds of licesnses and 60+ domains and it also wasn't an issue. I suspect Genesys just wants to make sure someone isn't trying to resell services.

Hi Guys,
New to the platform and currently in the middle of a global deployment for Voice/Email.
Is there a way to increase the number of domains that can be associated within Genesys cloud for outbound mail only?
I'm currently using the purecloud domain to route inbound mail but i'm looking to manipulate the outbound addresses based on country/market and the customer has many domains within the estate.
