Hi All,
We are planning to implement Genesys Purecloud email solution for Banking client, the scenario is like that customers or end users should be able to send email from Online banking website and email should reach to genesys purecloud agents and once agents replies the email, it should go back and sit in the online banking portal. Is anyone worked on such solution like form based email solution. Please provide the input.
