We are trying to implement a solution for on-call personnel where, when an email comes in to a specific mailbox, it will trigger an outbound call to a list of numbers. I have been looking into the inbound email flow but I could not find a way to switch from email flow to an outbound flow. In PureConnect, this can be achieved by creating a custom handler where you have an incoming email initiator and then use the place a call tool. I'm not sure if there is something like this in GenCloud but if there is, I'd appreciate if you can provide me some ideas on how to implement this.
