    When an email is in a status of parked should you be able to see the assign to self button and view details icon as you can when the email is waiting to be answered. I have tried adding several permissions to the role i have but when the email is parked the only icon i can get is the Assign to Another icon and the view details icon in the waiting queue is written as "view details". I have been unable to apply the Assign to self icon to this view however I am not sure it should exist at all as the email is already assigned to me. Your views would be welcome !.

    Hi Richard,

    According to the resource center the permission required to re-assign an email to yourself is: Conversation > Email Pull (to manually assign an email to yourself)

    Reassign and self-assign parked emails

    If you have tested with this permission and it still not showing the Assign to Self button, I would recommend raising a case with customer care

    Samuel,

    my user has the Conversation > Email Pull permission already. Are you saying that you need to have ALL of the permissions that are included in the Reassign and self-assign parked emails link you have added above ?.

    Hi Richard,

    It looks like you need one or more of the following permissions:

    • Quality > Calibration > View 
    • Quality > Evaluation > Add 
    • Quality > Evaluation > Edit Score
    • Conversation > Communication > View

    and Conversation > Email Pull 

    If your user has that and isn't restricted by division access, then I would certainly raise this with Product Support and capture network and console logs when opening the view so they can check why you don't have access to reassign the parked emails
