Thanks for the update. Does this only work for predictive engagement journey tracking? We're particularly after it to surface previous calls, emails or messages from a customer.

Customer Journeys is actually supported within the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework. The framework provides a specific URL through which you can access the customer journey panel. You can embed using one of these URL formats.
Standard Format:
https://apps.<domain>/crm/customerJourney.html</domain>
For app foundry published integrations:
https://apps.<domain>/crm/{your_app_name}/customerJourney.html

I've looked through the documentation, looks like Customer Journeys is not supported inside of the embeddable framework window. Can somebody confirm this understanding?
