I suppose this is a question I should have asked a long time ago, though back then I was still figuring out which APIs/SDKs were which... what are the differences between the two tools? When would you go with one over the other? I'm kind of thinking, if I'm going through this massive rework of my project because of weird issues that could be better handled by a different tool... idk, just a thought. Screwdrivers make lousy hammers - gotta know which is which. :laughing:

They're entirely different things for different purposes:
- embeddable framework - plug-n-play minimal Genesys Cloud UI you can drop into your app
- client apps - plug-n-play drop your web app into Genesys Cloud's UI
- Platform API & SDK - REST interface, the primary API for the Genesys Cloud platform
- WebRTC SDK - a SDK for implementing your own Genesys Cloud softphone (agent/user phone) in your own web app
