Just had a meeting with our facilities team where they are looking to install some new push button emergency call boxes throughout our building, specifically
IX-DVF-RA - Aiphone. Looking to see if anyone has had to incorporate these or similar devices into their Genesys implementation. They are SIP enabled, so I would assume we are going to setup as a standalone generic SIP device for it to just utilize Genesys to get out and utilize its native software to complete whatever dial options our Facilities team wants to set up, all seems simple until its not, any insight will be appreciated!
