I have a queue created called emergency queue. It has specific messaging relating the center being evacuated or such with prompts to call emergency services and duty officers etc. If there is a building evacuation I quickly change the IVR routing to point to this queue and walk out the building, I could do it on a device in theory but have had issues getting the platform to work on mobile devices.
