    Hello All,

    I was wondering is there any way to enable the Auto-Answer setting as a system default, instead of individually doing for each agent. I looked through but couldn't find anything.

    By default, when you create an agent, the Auto-Answer is turned off.

    Hello

    you could write a script with the PATCH method https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/users/#patch-api-v2-users-bulk for each user you want to update.
