Hi All,
If you want to send a value to a third party, what do you do to keep it safe?
Can it be encrypted before sending? 
Do you have any advice? Can I use this one?

Hi Nuttapong, yes you can use that function, but that relies on you having setup an AWS KMS key and added that to Genesys Cloud for your conversations.  The "third party" would then need to have that key as well for decrypting it.  So at that point it becomes a wider InfoSec discussion more than a Genesys Cloud one.
