  • 1.  End Chat Script Behavior

    Scenario - Chat is answered by agent with a Script screen pop. Once the agent ends the chat the conversation the script is replaced with wrap up. If the agent has not completed the CRM process they have to click on Scripts icon to go back. Is there a way to leave the script open, so the agent can see it?
