    Hello all,
       Last month we had announced the following feature in our release notes -

    Enforce index search for divisions
    Administrators and contact center managers can now use permissions to limit index searches so that an agent can only look up members of the divisions to which the agent belongs. For more information, see About access control (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-access-control/). This feature has no restriction by the user or required user to access.

    Unfortunately, we had to roll back this feature from production to close beta due to permission issues. We are still working through the best options to enable this feature in production. Our apologies for all the inconvenience if in case you were using this feature.

    We are planning to address these issues and get this feature in GA by October 2021. If you have any questions and comments, please posts these here, we will follow up.
