    The current limit of 200 is causing stability concerns, as conversations with excessive attachments generate oversized entries in the database.

    Customer Impact

    Customers currently sending outbound ACD emails with more than 50 attachments will no longer be able to do so. Any attempt to exceed the 50-attachment limit will be rejected. Customers who rely on sending large numbers of attachments in a single email thread may need to adjust their workflows and split attachments across multiple emails.
