Gene, thank you for your interesting feedback.
I'm curious where exactly you see the difference between (previously) having the sidebar with the schedule and (now) having the daily schedule as a widget essentially in the same place on the left side of the screen? Do agents use the ability to configure the layout of the widgets to move the schedule to a different place and out of sight?
The other benefit of this solution is that agents can have the schedule on the left side of the agent activity, at the top, and then move something else that's important for them and the organization they work for directly under the schedule to have it easily visible, for example, details on their coaching appointments or their gamification performance summary.

I am very disappointed in this change. That left sidebar was something that agents could always see, and would allow them to maintain adherence better than the notifications - which could be easily ignored, especially if on a voice interaction. If this was a space-saving concern, a simple toggle to hide the sidebar - like the Release Notes on the Admin page - would have sufficed.
