  • 1.  Error creating articles in KB to use in web messaging

    Hi guys!

    I was able to create a KB, but when i try to create articles i get this errors:

    Maybe some permission is missing, but i don't know which one... any help?

    #ConversationalAI(Bots,AgentAssist,etc.)

    Tricky one here.  Yes, most likely the Oauth you are using does not have the permissions needed to create an article.  Also, the create article API does not actually populate the answer, so it is not really creating an article but only half of it.
