What does this error mean ?

It was seen making a request to the endpoint api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query the data for the request {"conversationFilters": [{"type": "and","predicates": [{"dimension": "conversationEnd","value": "2020-05-13T23:45:00Z/2020-05-14T00:00:00Z"}]}],"interval": "2020-05-13T23:45:00Z/2020-05-14T00:00:00Z","paging": {"pageNumber": 1}}

I believe that error is an internal error that's being misreported as a 400 instead of a 500. Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate.

There was an issue/update with the analytics service that day, May 13th, that caused the error.
