Hi,
we have an error on postConversationParticipantSecureivrsessions
we receive an error "errorInfo":{"code":"error.ininedgecontrol.session.inactive","message":"session 19b77018-37c5-4645-ad28-9350414a3f60 is inactive for command cloud.command.transfer.secure.ivr","messageWithParams":"session {sessionId} is inactive for command {type}","messageParams":{"type":"cloud.command.transfer.secure.ivr","sessionId":"19b77018-37c5-4645-ad28-9350414a3f60"}
therefore the secureflow have not been started
Why did the command fail?
