    Hello,

    It happens that our agents sometimes encounter an error when using a script we created. One assumption is that it may be due to using "Enter" to go to the next line. 

    Does anybody has some insights on how to avoid this error? Other solutions are welcome too.
    Or should our agents avoid going to the next line?

    This really depends on your script.  If you export it and attach, maybe that would help.  Scripting can be finicky at times and user behavior can never be accounted for 100% of the time.

    Hi Robert,
    I attached the script. Thank you for the help.
    The issue is on the "referral" page", in the Opportunity notes. It is a multiline field so agents tend to use the Enter key to go to the next line which causes the error.
