Hello,
We're trying to install Software Edge on Machine Windows 2012 R2, but we couldn't install hyber-v role in windows 2012.\
2nd I installed the hyber-v using the powershell, 3rd I installed the VM of the edge finally the vm vm installed on the hyber-v but couldnt be started. the status of the vm is stoped and when I tried to start it returns an error "failed to start the vm because one of the hyper v components is not running"
kindly we need your support to install the edge vm correct and start it Thanks,

I am sorry but the Developer Forum is not the appropriate place for a question on deploying and configuring the Customer VM Solution for Edges. This forum is focused on development using our API, SDKs, ....
I would suggest to reach out to Genesys Cloud Customer Care or to ask the question on the Genesys Cloud Community Forum.
Also note that Genesys announced in May 2023 the future deprecation of Customer VM Solution. The end of support appears to be planned for November 3rd 2023 (and an end of service in May 2024).
