    Can anyone verify if estimated wait time is available for message interactions?

    We recently launched a bot on our site that hands the conversation off to an agent after gathering some info.  

    We are looking to add either estimated hold time or position in queue.  Hold time is what the business would prefer.

    All of the documentation I can find talks about calls so I'm not sure if it is an option.

    According to this idea, this can be achieved through adding an in-queue message flow and using the architect built-in variables
