    Hello Everyone,

    Are there currently issues with the Interactions being delayed within Genesys? We experienced this a while back where interactions were updating on a half hour delay however we have noticed that the interactions list does not appear to have updated since 2PM GMT.

    There have been multiple calls during this period.

    Hello Russell,

    I did not hear of any reports like this yesterday. There was an outage that was posted on the Status Page yesterday around the time that you mentioned. Now that the incident has been resolved, everything should have cleared up for you.
