     Hello Guys,

    I am experiencing an issue where the evaluation form ID, evaluation ID, question group ID, and question ID are changing each time you pull quality evaluation data for the same interaction in Genesys Cloud, even though the agent hasn't disagreed with the evaluation.

    Hello Ashoka,

    That doesn't sound like it's working properly for you. Could you reach out to Customer Care and have them look into what is happening with this issue? Once you open a case, please post the case number here so that I can help monitor the case.
