I am not aware of any reason why it would change. I would certainly double check the output is for the same interactionID, and if it is I would raise a case with Customer Care to investigate why it is changing.

Am experiencing an issue where the evaluation form ID, evaluation ID, question group ID, and question ID are changing each time you pull quality evaluation data for the same interaction in Genesys Cloud, even though the agent hasn't disagreed with the evaluation.
