    Hi All

    I am looking for a way for our coaching team to be able to see how long their evaluators spend evaluating interactions? 

    Is there a way to do this?

    Hello Shauna,

    While our system does track various evaluation metrics, it currently does not provide that specific bit of data. I would recommend that you submit a feature request in our Product Ideas Lab.
