  • 1.  Evaluation Activity - All Users Showing Under Evaluator Name

    Not sure if this is normal behaviour or not, but all of our users are showing under the Evaluation Activity heading in the Overview (Evaluations) menu.

    It seems as though this should only be the users with permission to evaluate interactions

    Users have: Quality>Evaluation Forms>View, Quality>Evaluation>EditAgentSignOff, Quality>Evaluation>Participate, Quality>Evaluation>View.

    Any ideas?

    This is how it has always been, it is wrong in my opinion, and only those with the Quality > Evaluation > Edit permission should show as evaluators.

    You can see the list of evaluators in Admin > Quality Admin > Evaluators

    Agreed, this could probably be solved by Genesys making the permissions slightly more granular. We'll see i guess!

    To get around this, I have created a new group (Quality Evaluator Team) and select that Group to make viewing easier.
