Genesys Cloud - Main

Has anyone identified the ability to not only notify the evaluator upon the completion of a Evaluation but to also notify the agent's manager given we are using a separate quality management team to perform the evaluations. I have reviewed the policy capabilities and am not finding the criteria needed without generating a significant amount of policies.
