From the info you shared, I assume you have users in multiple different time zones. See you have 1 hour difference between the 2 time zones.
The completed time will unfortunately be different on your side when pulling the report.
I did however manage to find the below on the resource center where you can change your default time zone for the analytics in your workspace view. It should then show the stats in pacific time zone.

Hi! Not sure if this should be an idea rather than a inquiry, but any feedback is helpful!
Our managers are currently required to complete a specific amount of evaluations per month. I noticed that evaluations completed in PT (I'm MST) aren't being counted for when I track data because my view shows it was completed Dec 1 rather than Nov 30 (11PT actual completion 11/30 - my view 1AM MST 12/1). I've been able to go to the evaluator view and filter the date - but any way to get the data the same across timezones?
