    Hello Everyone,

    I am wondering if it is possible that we can disable the following feature as shown in image.



    This is what the agent sees after he would review the evaluation. He can check/not the little box at the end. Can we disable this?

    Hi Ali
    The agent check off to acknowledge that they reviewed their evaluation cannot be disabled.  I'm curious why you wouldn't want to show that.
