    Hi Marc,

    I see from the screen shot that you haven't added anything to the Evaluation Form. Once you have given the Evaluation a Name and added at least one Question Group and One Question the 'Save' button should become active.

    For some reason, the system was not allowing me to save even after I had entered Question Groups and Questions. However, everything is fine this morning.

    i'm having the same issue

    i tried with different browsers with no luck.

    i was in the middle of training the client how to make evaluation forms and this issue appeared.

    is there a fix or workaround for this?
