  • 1.  Evaluation Forms for Third Party Emails

    Hi everyone.

    We have a question related to evaluation forms for e-mail interactions. (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/evaluate-interaction/ "Review the interaction. For example, listen to the recording or read the email.")


    On our contact center we'll use third party e-mails (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/conversations/third-party-object-routing.html).

     

    Can you tell me if is possible to create and assign evaluations for these e-mails and how can we do it?

    Hi Ana,
    Good question, however external interactions such as your 3rd party emails don't show up in the PureCloud interface.  In order to use the PureCloud evaluation forms the interaction needs to be in PureCloud.,
