On our contact center we'll use third party e-mails (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/conversations/third-party-object-routing.html) and we would like to review the e-mail interaction using the evaluation forms. Therefore, we're thinking of using an external system to review the e-mail and use the evaluation form on Purecloud interface. For this, we need to match the interaction on Purecloud Interface with the e-mail on our external system.
So, in order to search the corresponding e-mail on our external system, is there any parameter that we can pass via API to Purecloud that appears on the interaction on Purecloud API?

I'd use the conversation ID from the URL for that page.
