    Hello Community, 

    Can someone please explain

    How long it takes for the evaluation status to be reflected as completed in the interaction in genesys cloud.

    Hello Janani,

    I believe the completed evaluations should show up rather quickly after they are completed. Are you seeing anything different in the UI?
