  • 1.  Evaluation Summary View not populating for supervisors

    Supervisors have all the prerequisite permissions--https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/agents-evaluation-summary-view/--to see the evaluation data for their team members in the Agent evaluation summary view.  Their view is still empty without granting them the Quality Evaluator role. 

    What is missing from the resource center article and also from the supervisor role that grants access to the Agent Evaluation Summary view?

    Hi Shelby,

    As you say they have the permission do check that the 'evaluation > view' permission does not have conditions that are blocking that access. My assumption is that there may be a condition on this permission such as 'evaluation evaluator = current user' - which would mean they could only see evaluation they have completed.
